Striker / Boom Truck Delivery Helper

Acadia Atlantic ULC (Acadia Marjam) is a market leading supplier of drywall, steel studs, insulation, ceiling systems and other construction material.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of Striker (Boom truck delivery helper) for our Saint John, N.B. location

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes and qualifications:

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 100lbs.(2 person lift)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Team player
• Problem solving skills
• Capable of following and executing simple instructions
• Basic math skills
• Shift flexibility – Mon-Fri – Some early mornings
• Reliable means of transportation
• Strong communication skills

Assets:

• Forklift certification
• Experience handling heavy material
• Experience in warehousing
